本研究中,將不同濃度的Dickeya
dadantii懸浮液(C為對照,LD 為104 cfu/10 mM MgCl2,HD為106 cfu/10 mM
MgCl2)注射入煙草健康葉片背部,通過葉綠素熒光成像、多光譜熒光成像、紅外熱成像技術監測病菌侵染1-6天后,葉片光合作用、次級代謝動態變化,葉片溫度等生理狀態的動態變化。結合細菌濃度監測、代謝物定量分析等,綜合研究病菌侵染后葉片的防御反應。
