青年研究員獎項征集：

該獎項旨在表彰質譜領域的新星和杰出研究人員。該獎項旨在識別和表彰在早期職業生涯中產生重大影響的年輕科學家。來自學術界、工業界及政府實驗室等各主要界別的候選人均有機會。獲獎者的評選結果將在美國華人質譜學會（CASMS）年會上公布。2022年的獲獎者將分別獲得500美元的現金獎勵和一塊表彰牌，并將被邀請在第二屆美國華人質譜學會（CASMS）學術研討展覽會(2022年10月17日至21日)上發表獲獎演講。

CASMS Young Investigator Award:

This award aims to recognize rising stars and outstanding researchers in the field of mass spectrometry. The award is designed to identify and acknowledge young scientists who have made a significant impact in their early career stage. Candidates from all major sectors including academia, industry and government laboratories will be considered. The selection of awardees will be announced at the CASMS Annual Conference. The 2022 awardees will each receive a $500 cash award and a recognition plaque, and will be invited to present an award lecture at the 2^nd CASMS annual conference (October 17-21, 2022).

候選人要求

被提名者必須是在提名當年獲得博士學位10年內的CASMS成員

Nominee Eligibility:

Nominees must be current CASMS members who are within 10 years of receiving the Ph.D. in the year the nomination is considered.

Application Materials Should Include:

- A nomination package (one single pdf file):

Contact information of the nominee and nominator

Name, professional title, organization and email

Up to 2-page nomination letter by the nominator (*self-nomination is not allowed)

1-page self-statement by the nominee

Current CV of the nominee

選擇標準：

學術和科學成就；

對該領域的原創貢獻；

在工作中的意義、創新和影響；

對CASMS的使命

Selection Criteria:

- Academic and scientific accomplishments

- Original contributions to the field

- Significance, innovation and impact of the work

- Relevance to the mission of CASMS

候選人須于2022年8月12日前在https://www.casms.org/index.php/award網站提交提名材料。

How to Submit:

- The nomination package should be submitted online by the nominator at https://www.casms.org/index.php/award by August 12, 2022.

(* The nominator does not need to be CASMS member)

注意：

只要符合條件的被提名者，可連續三年進行提名

- Nominations can be held for three years as long as the nominees are eligible for award consideration.
