　　我們很高興地宣布自2011年1月1日起New Brunswick Scientific (NBS) 在中國的團隊(美國NBS公司上海代表處和北京代表處) 正式加入Eppendorf China Limited (艾本德中國有限公司)。艾本德中國有限公司將從即日起負責美國NBS公司在中國及香港地區的銷售、市場、維修、物流及財務等所有日常工作。這也是自2007年來兩家公司全球合并后，應市場發展和業務協作需要，在亞太地區做出的重要戰略決策。 此舉將加強NBS在中國的銷售及售后服務團隊陣容，使我們的服務更加專業和完善。

　　NBS銷售團隊作為Eppendorf China新成立的Bioprocess(發酵-細胞培養)部門，會進一步加強大型發酵罐及生物反應器的業務推廣。我們希冀通過此次團隊調整，整合并優化公司資源，一如既往為您提供專業的服務及可信賴、高質量的產品。

　　We are delighted to announce that New Brunswick Scientific China organization (NBS Shanghai Office and Beijing Office) officially joins Eppendorf China on January 1st, 2011. We immediately take responsibility for all NBS business, including Sales, Marketing, Service, Operation and Finance function in China and Hong Kong. Both companies merged globally in 2007, due to market developing demands and cooperation purpose, we have made this important strategic operation in Asia Pacific. This integration reinforces the strength of sales and service groups in China and we would offer more professional and completed service to Chinese customers.

　　Having NBS sales group as one of Eppendorf China new Bioprocess (Fermentation-Cell Culture) Department, it would enhance the business on larger Fermentors and Bioreactors.
