Sang Yup
Lee(李相燁)教授為韓國國家工程院士和美國工程院外籍院士,現任韓國科學技術院特聘教授及生命科學院院長,系統與合成生物學,生物過程工程研究中心及生物信息學研究中心主任,他建立了世界工業生物技術委員會,并于2010至2012年擔任主席。此外,他還在世界經濟論壇的國際議程委員會中,擔任生物技術部主席,開啟了評選全球年度十大新興技術的活動。李教授是微生物代謝工程,系統生物學和合成生物學領域專家,致力于代謝工程,蛋白質工程,生物高分子材料,DNA芯片,蛋白質組學,基因組學已經生物信息學等新興學科的研究,擁有超過450篇學術文章,62部學術著作,553項ZL(包括269項國際ZL),曾獲得許多重大國內外獎項,包括“韓國總統最佳年輕科學家獎”,“韓國國家勛章”,“Elmer
Gaden獎”,“默克代謝工程獎”等。
