　　會議接收英文摘要，400-500單詞，摘要投遞網址http://www.manuscript-cnoenet.com/index_en.htm. 摘要需經會議程序委員會專家審查，通過評審的投稿將推薦到SCI期刊、Ei期刊和Ei文集正式發表。被組委會錄取論文的作者要求到會進行口頭或粘貼交流，組委會將評選青年優秀論文獎，頒發榮譽證書。
