Abstract:The problems of temperature control imprecision, shear rate
fluctuation and viscosity measurement deviation in the test of
tempera-ture and shear resistance are summarized. The above problems
occurring in RS6000 rheometer measurement are calibrated by the
experimen-
tal data analysis, measurement unit test principle analysis and
influencing factor analysis. The experiment results show that the
temperature error is between 0 ~ 2. 5 ℃ , the measuring Gap is between 1
~ 2. 9 mm, and the viscosity values influencingby rotor and bearing
friction can be used " stationary flow curve ( CS/CR - rotation step) "
method fitting parameters a, b, c. The data stability of RS6000
rheometer is sig-nificantly improved through the calibration,
which provides some enlightenment and reference for the calibration of
the rheometer.
